BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 20. The Worldwide
Court docket of Justice dismissed Armenia’s request for the modification
of the Court docket’s Order of seven December 2021 indicating provisional
measures, Development studies citing the Worldwide Court docket’s
assertion.
On 12 October 2022, the Worldwide Court docket of Justice issued an
Order on Armenia’s request for the modification of the Court docket’s
Order of seven December 2021 indicating provisional measures within the
case regarding Software of the Worldwide Conference on the
Elimination of All Types of Racial Discrimination (Armenia v.
Azerbaijan).
Thus, the Court docket “concludes that the hostilities which erupted
between the Events in September 2022 and the detention of Armenian
army personnel don’t represent a change within the scenario
justifying modification of the Order of seven December 2021 inside the
which means of Article 76 of the Guidelines of Court docket”.
