EU overseas affairs ministers on Monday agreed to arrange a army help mission to Ukraine, aiming to “present particular person, collective and specialised coaching to Ukraine’s armed forces”, in a press release by the council of the EU. The mission will function in EU member states’ territories and could have its headquarters in Brussels. The mission may also guarantee coordination with member states’ bilateral actions supporting Ukraine.
