Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Inside Affairs vested with new powers

BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 27. President of
Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree amending the
Presidential Decree No. 586 of February 8, 2012 on the applying
of the Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan amending the Legislation of the
Republic of Azerbaijan “On identification doc of citizen of
the Azerbaijan Republic “, Pattern experiences.

Following the decree, the authorized entity choice with
worldwide expertise within the related discipline and the signing of a
corresponding settlement with it to organize new identification
paperwork for residents of the Azerbaijan Republic, is entrusted to
the Ministry of Inside Affairs of Azerbaijan.

Earlier than this, the corresponding energy belonged to the Ministry of
Economic system of Azerbaijan.
